Free Self-Guided Tours
Individuals, families, and small groups are welcome to move freely and free of charge within the factory during production hours and experience the production up close. Just follow the red thread.
Mon to Thu: 9 am - 12 pm & 1 pm - 5 pm
Fri: 9 am - 12 pm &1 pm - 4 pm
Self-guided tours are not possible on Saturdays.
We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
For visitors with limited mobility: For those requiring an elevator, the entrance is located to the left of the main building, and an elevator is available inside.
Guided Tours for Groups of 20+ People
We offer guided tours for companies, groups, and associations of 20 or more people. Afterwards, you are welcome to have lunch at our Lodenwalker restaurant.
Reservations are mandatory for groups (guided tour/lunch) via info@lodenwalker.at

Directly within the factory, you’ll find a sales area of over 500 m². Here, you can discover traditional classics such as loden coats, loden jackets, loden trousers, loden traditional wear, sports and leisurewear made from loden, wool blankets, accessories, and our original Schladminger fulled socks.
The loden for all our products is, of course, produced in-house. From design to cutting, right down to the final stitch, the entire collection is crafted in our tailoring workshops in Ramsau am Dachstein and Wildon in Styria. We sell exclusively from the factory at fair factory prices or through our online shop.
Our on-site tailoring workshop in Ramsau am Dachstein offers small alterations. Larger adjustments and custom-made items can be discussed on-site. Nothing lasts forever, and in the interest of sustainability, we’ve always offered repairs for older loden clothing upon request (clothing must be cleaned, no third-party goods).
