Our Loden Clothing for Women is Stylish, Natural & Sustainable
We produce our loden clothing entirely in Austria, 100% in-house. The loden is made from 100% new wool (non-mulesing wool), a renewable raw material, produced in our loden manufactory in Ramsau am Dachstein. Loden has been produced here traditionally and carefully for centuries.

Seit fast 600 Jahren wird in der Lodenwalke Ramsau feinster Loden verarbeitet – ein Erfahrungsschatz, der in jedes unserer Kleidungsstücke einfließt. Es sind die durchdachten Schnitte und der gelungene Mix aus zeitloser Eleganz und modernem Stil. Unsere Damenbekleidung aus Loden lässt sich vielseitig kombinieren – für Alltag, Freizeit oder besondere Anlässe. Wir kreieren Klassiker für den Kleiderschrank, die langlebig sind und nicht schnell aus der Mode kommen. Durch eine sorgfältige Mischung verschiedener Wollsorten entsteht ein einzigartiger Lodenstoff, der nicht nur besonders weich und anschmiegsam ist, sondern auch langlebig und widerstandsfähig. Für unsere Lodenbekleidung verwenden wir ausschließlich 100 % Schurwolle vom Schaf aus verantwortungsvoller Haltung (Non-Mulesing), um Qualität, Nachhaltigkeit und Wohlbefinden perfekt zu vereinen.
Where is our loden clothing made?
Our products are made from 100% Lodenwalker Ramsau. From raw wool to finished loden, we produce all of our fabrics on-site at the Lodenwalke Ramsau. In the heart of nature, the loden is crafted through many steps of craftsmanship. Even the energy used for production comes from our own hydroelectric power stations. The entire collection is sewn and processed in our in-house tailoring workshop in Ramsau am Dachstein and at our company-owned tailoring workshop in Mureck (Styria).

New wool is an unsurpassed, natural high-tech fibre. It is a renewable raw material and biodegradable. Due to its composition, structure, and natural lanolin content (wool fat), new wool is breathable, temperature-balancing, odourless, and soothing. When refined into loden fabric, new wool reveals its full potential: loden is water-repellent, quiet and particularly easy to care for.

How to care for loden clothing made of new wool?
It’s important to air the garment thoroughly in fresh air. This will help release unpleasant odours and refresh garments made of loden or new wool. Dirt and stains are best brushed out with a mild vinegar-water solution and a fine clothes brush. Optionally, unlined garments without inner fabrics can also be hand-washed and rinsed with lukewarm water. Detailed care instructions can be found here.
